Phone stopped working after less than 3 weeks of semi daily use. Black screen. Screen won't turn on anymore.Never have I ever witnessed a phone malfunction so quickly due to regular use. I have not dropped the phone nor even taken it outside in the rain but I can tell that the screen was already broken due to the screen being cheaply glued on. Not to mention the amount of dings on the device already from being dropped by the previous owner. I understand the condition said fair, but it should at least be able to function for more than a couple weeks without being a useless paperweight now. I understand you are trying to make profits but this is not how you do good business. Good luck in ripping off other people.

Screen and camera are flawless plus the shipping was timely. So many other swappa sellers just use generic excellent/good images. I appreciated that care was taken to photograph all angles and even reflections to show no scratches on glass or camera. This was by far my best swappa purchase.

Phone is in listed condition, and works properly. Seller communicated promptly and replied within minutes of my response. Arrived promptly with no fuss, except USPS not wanting to deliver to my house (had to pick up at post office, not seller's fault). Packaging was sufficient, reused/cycled Amazon bubble mailer was a bit amusing. Was able to activate with my phone provider with a bit of difficulty (probably provider's fault, not seller's). Overall positive experience, would do again.
