Received in perfect shape. Phone all set up and in perfect workingg order. My only negative comment is for Samsung. How can they make such an extremely sophisticated device that retails for 1250, and yet they can't come up with anything better than a cheapo bubbled screen protector. I've seen photos of lots of these phones and they're all the same. Not to worry. I have my own to install later, hopefully with no bubbles. But thanks for your great service and product - as advertised.

Bought a Note 4 in Good condition and received a phone that had one screen corner that stuck up and you can push it down and it goes right back up and the screen had image burn in the upper right corn of the screen(the same corner as the screen sticking up). Took a week to get the RMA to send the phone back and then took another week to ship it back to them so i finally got my refund after 2 weeks.. So now my friends birthday present is super late. But in the end i did get my refund so that's good, I can now order my friend a better phone for his birthday.

I orderd it including express shippinng and paid extra fee. However shipping was too late.
