Sale went well, shipping was very prompt. One problem, I ordered a T-Mobile phone but received a Verizon one. They did make arrangements for me to return the phone and were very fair. It took the seller about 24 hours between each communication , which is a while to wait when trying to return something, but it worked out because I used all that extra time to fight with the 2 phone companies to get the phone activated. Thus, I was able to keep the phone in the long run, but not without a lot of headache. I am happy that I got a new iPhone for a good price. Since they sell a lot of phones, just make sure to confirm that they are shipping your network phone. Aside from the incorrect network, the condition of the phone was just as they described.
