Not factory sealed as stated. Plastic was cut and phone was turned on (and at the home screen, not welcome screen) on arrival.
Unlock recommended by seller still hasn't come through after a month, probably a bust. Don't do business with iphoneimei.net, unless you have money to burn.

Update: After two months iphoneimei.net (the supposed $28 unlock service recommended the seller) contacted me again and asked for another $148.

The device was undamaged and completely functional. I only wish that it was better insulated when shipped (it came in a torn envelope) and that the seller had taken the time to wipe the dirt off the device before shipping it. All-in-all though, I am extremely satisfied and the phone is in otherwise great condition exactly as described!
