Horrible transaction. Slow delivery. Found out that the laptop had a lock on it. Fraudulent?
Mic was broken. Definately not as described.

After slow responses about returning the item, found out that this seller is a fraud. Got money back from Paypal, but this whole situation was a headache.

Failed to ship over 2 weeks after payment. I had to reach out and was told days later that the product wasn't in stock. Wasn't refunded until I asked twice. Will not use this seller in the future, but was offered a discount which was kind.
