The Verizon lady said the IMI number was locked but she also said it let her activate it so it could of just been a Verizon issue. Phone looks brand new add all original material and works correctly so I'm happy saved 200 bucks.

Phone was NOT NEW. Phone was rewrapped to look new. IMEIs did not match. Phone had already been activated even though it was "sealed". Shady.

I received the phone in a timely manner. Once the phone was activated it did have an overheating issue but was replaced by Apple since it was brand new and had a 1 year warranty. I would buy from this seller again.
