The power cord included wasn't the right type and didn't even fit in the PS4 but the PS4 itself came in the condition listed and worked with a cable I had from another system.

Is working well. Controller came out dirty, and the console had some dust. Also, the console has an unpleasant smell to it but with proper care and procedures to deodorize it you have nothing to worry about!

The PS4 controller that came with the PS4 slim was pretty dirty and could have been cleaned up before sending. The PS4 Slim itself works great. The packing was pretty poor. I had to take the controller apart to get the R2 button back into place, as it was popped out of its place. It was packed with only newspaper, not bubble wrap or something similar to protect the product better.

Never got a working controller. Swappa support was useless as they just referred me to PayPal support who clearly didn't bother to understand the case. Everyone just wants to be done with this, so completing the sale so we can all move on with our lives. Possibly without swappa.

The actual condition of this device was way worse than what the pictures shown. The housing/casing was dented and scratched. The bottom had TFE carved into it. Screws were stripped. Listing it as "good" was a stretch.

Console was FULL of brown debris and broken (poorly super glued) unlike it was depicted but it works so Ig that’s something..

HORRIBLE, AWFUL. System came without advertised necessary cables and in worse condition than described. Crashed within less than two months. Extremely disappointed in seller and awful customer service. Do not waste your money.
