The shipping was very prompt. Tracking info was provided. The seller worked very hard with myself and his carrier to help resolve activation issues with my carrier - these weren't his problem but he was still helpful. This required quite a bit of back and forth which was mostly done in a timely manner even though he was exceptionally busy at the time. Would purchase from again.
