for some reason the airpod maxs wont turn on even when i plug them up

Seller shipped the item quickly and packed it very well. They respond very quickly and are very helpful. The AirPods Max are legit and exactly as described and pictured. Great experience and a great seller. Would not hesitate buying from them again!
