The charging plug is difficult to insert cord, otherwise a great phone that works well.

I purchased from this seller but he had already sold the phone so I had to get a refund. Annoying but I did get a full refund.

The phone was received and in the condition as advertised. The phone was able to be activated on my account without much difficulty. There was a small hiccup directly after the sale in which the seller was out of communication about the close of the sale. Subsequently, it took the seller longer than usual to upload the information regarding shipping/tracking. It turns out that the seller sent the package but just had not updated the shipping info. Overall, this was a good transaction, just a little frustrating with regard to communication. The phone had a fair price and I would likely buy from this seller again.

I received the phone OK and put my sim card in it. It did not work. I took to At&T and they couldn't fix it. I took it to a private company that specializes in iPhone repairs and they said that it cannot be fixed. All in all I am far from happy.
