I've been very pleased with the MacBook Pro since owning the past month. Perfect condition as if it was brand new.

Seller exceed expectation thought the phone was 128gb storage, however it is 256gb it was ship to a friend of mine in the US, I don't receive the phone personally as yet but I saw the photos and video of it. Continue to the excellent service.

I had an initial issue related to the device that made it appear that it was not unlocked. After many calls with my mobile provider (Verizon) who was being lazy and simply passing the buck, it turned out that they had a weeks-long outage that affected my particular device type. It took multiple calls with Verizon to identify that issue and that it should be back on the network within a couple of days. Long story short, a few days later my device connected with the network and seems to be working normal. Sam (the seller) responded right away to my issue and was very proactive in providing support and troubleshooting.
