Bought an iPhone 6 from Sam. Was having some problems with the phone, so decided to start a software update, and it bricked my phone. I was pissed. I reached out to Sam and he was super responsive and helpful, although I didn't end up needing his help. Thankfully the Apple store was able to get the phone working again. (They told me this had been happening with other phones lately with the latest iOS updates). Phone is working better than ever. I would buy from Sam again in a heartbeat.

Phone shipped (and arrived) quickly, and seller was very good about checking in with me. However, the included 3rd charger that accompanied the phone doesn't work (the adapter plug is the problem). I contacted the seller twice and both times he promised to send a replacement... And never did. I've given up hope that a working charger that should have been included with the purchase of this phone will be replaced.

Received the phone in exactly the condition described. I had some problems on my end getting it hooked up to my service and the seller was very quick to respond and help get things ironed out. Endeavor Electronics bought a "Brand New" iPhone 6 Plus from "Sam A." and they sent us a Refurbished/Replacement Device with a Replacement Box(No Matching IMEI Label on the Box.) The accessories were also fake/counterfeit, Avoid this seller they have a loose return policy for a reason. Very deceiving.

Totally disappointed with the way the order has been handled. Also, received a different device than the one listed on the ad (though similar configuration), however, no issues with the actual device but the packaging included damaged box, rusted sim remover and empty manual slot. Shipment was delayed for a long time and seller did not provide the items as promised before the purchase.

At first the phone didn't seem to be working, but after talking with Sam he jumped right on the problem! It took a few days (I didn't mind waiting) and he did everything he could to get it working. 10/10 would buy from him again, he cares about his customers.
