The Samsung Note 5 was exactly as described with no unpleasant surprises, and it arrived exceptionally well packaged. The seller obviously wanted to ensure it arrived undamaged. It came with OEM charger and cable, along with 2 tempered glass screen protectors as promised. The phone is working perfectly on T-Mobile and is holding a charge well.

I only wish the seller had noted in the description that signing for the package would be required. I did not find this out until after the purchase and the phone was en route. Since the package was delayed by USPS (not the seller's fault), my father-in-law had to volunteer a 2nd time to stay at the house as I had to work both days. Not enough to dock a star, but better communication would have been very much appreciated.
