The phone was pristine, brand new in its box, just as described. TK was very responsive to questions and shipped the same day. I received it two days later. I can't be happier with my phone and the service I received. Thank you TK!

In the end, it all worked out. Technology isn't always easy. The phone was supposed to work with Verizon, but it didn't. Several days later and after much troubleshooting, I sent the phone back. I appreciated him working with me during this time, since he could easily have said, "Ain't my problem!" He sent me another phone, which I got to work after 1.5 hours at the Verizon store, so all's well. There was another glitch when he re-sold the first phone, and apparently my iCloud account was still on it, even though i'd erased the phone. He asked for my username and password, which I though was odd, but i didn't give it to him. Instead, he arranged for a couple 3-way phone calls with Apple. In the end, it all got sorted out, but it was a process that took several weeks. I can't say that it's entirely his fault. I know technology can be tricky, and I'm sure he's learned to circumvent these types of problems in the future.
