I purchased a phone Jeff a few months ago a Motorola Razor Maxx. Due to phone theft, I needed the phone to be overnighted. I paid for the est. overnight shipping ($30) & the phone arrived on time & exactly as described – excellent condition w/USB cord & bonus screen protector. Turns out shipping was only 20 dollars and Jeff immediately returned the overpaid $10. Unfortunately, the phone was damaged in shipping and the headphone jack didn't work properly. Jeff quickly worked with the USPS's insurance to get a refund. Jeff gave me the option of a full refund or the option to purchase another phone from him (putting the old phone's balance toward the new one) - I bought the 2nd phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) from him and it is PERFECT. This could have easily turned into a bad situation but Jeff was super helpful and fast at responding to every question and concern I had along the way. Jeff is an honest guy with great quality phones and I am so happy to have done business with him.

Delivered product was as described. Shipped within a day. Good sale and responsive seller. My SIM did not fit so had to order a new one so won't be able to fire it up and give a taste for a short. :( This is no reflection on Jeff, I just didn't know my SIM I received less than a year ago would not fit from one brand to another.
