The seller in the posting indicated that the phone was in pristine condition without any visible wear and tear. However, upon delivery the phone had scratches on the screen. They were not visible when the phone was on, but visible with the screen off.
I messaged the seller but got no response. The issue was not significant enough to return the phone but I am disappointed that the listing was not accurate.
