Shipped quickly and arrived on the day it should have with expedited shipping. Item does appear to be in basically mint condition as advertised. I'll be testing it more fully over the next few days, but at first glance all seems well, and I'm happy with my first Swappa purchase.

The listing said "MINT" and when the phone arrived it was indeed in MINT condition! Shipped very fast - arrived faster than predicted. Couldn't be happier.

Phone arrived in great condition!

However, this phone has serious issues with cellular network connectivity that T-Mobile was also unable to fix. Further research shows serious issues with the Galaxy series in general and many people have been having these issues for well over a year.

All this said, the seller was a pleasure to deal with and issued me a full refund on return of the faulty device. The faulty phone was likely more of an issue with the manufacturer than it was the seller.

The boxed wasn't SEALED sealed, like with shrink wrap or anything.......but the phone is new as new can be. I got the phone a day quicker than i anticipated. All in all a easy and affordable upgrade to my dying mobile.

Item had an issue with front facing camera so I returned for an exchange I refunded fully instead. Seller is good suffered a delay due to Covid-19 but came through.
