Phone will not give me service it worked for a couple days now its back to no service i spoke with t-mobile and they informed the device is locked and to use the device unlock app. However my phone already switched to the metro firmware

I just purchased a new Apple Watch series 3 and when I started the pairing process it tells me to install The update. When I go to install the update I’m fully connected to wifi and it downloads and gets to the preparing stage and then only loads to a certain point. I have tried two different wifi connections in different locations. Also resetting my network settings millions of times. Manual pairing and the standard way. I cannot get any further than it saying it’s installing then it just stops loading at a certain point. This has nothing to do with the cosmetics of the watch, but everything internally. I would like to be contacted IMMIDIATELY.
