Phone came quickly and in good condition. Not quite “new” as described but did have all original accessories and box. The phone was initially attached to an active service plan. Because of this I was at first unable to swap the phone to my plan. After contacting the seller and involving swappa support it was removed from the plan and the problem was resolved. While it was not an ideal transaction It did wind up working out after a few days and some messages back and fourth.

Shouldn't have been listed as Mint condition. There is a spot on the screen that looks like pressure damage

There was no communication with the seller since day 1 after I tried several times contacting the seller. I paid instantly via PayPal. I was advised by Swappa to contact PayPal and dispute the case. It was only then that I receive a msg from the seller via Swappa that there was a problem 5 days after I paid. The seller said, "Phone is not longer available due to missing account information. Sale being cancelled and payment refunded. I apologize for any inconveniences." If the seller had communicated with me since day 1 I probably would not of left a negative rating. ****UPDATE**** So, I found out the REAL reason why my phone was never send out Swappa. It wasn't due to the fact that as Jonathan K. the seller stated "missing account information".... It was because besides this phone he had 2 other of the same phones for sale and Swappa user "DIRECT W" or KUF671 made a deal with the the seller to buy all 3 for $115 each. Phone was in great condition and was reasonably priced. Communication was lacking, though. It took six days before I received shipping info.

The phone was delivered as listed and works great. Seller did not upload shipping info and didn't respond to info requests so almost cancelled purchase after nearly a week of not knowing if it has shipped BUT, the phone did arrive and the seller made contact the day it arrived.

The phone arrived in a few days time, was in excellent condition and worked perfectly.
