This was my first time ordering off swappa and probably my last. I did receive my item, but I had to get the swappa customer service agents involved to get a response back from my seller. It took five days to receive a tracking number and I only got a response after involving paypal for a dispute. I finally received my phone but could not get it activated because it was still active on an account. After reaching out to my seller, I was able to get my phone activated and working. Other than that my seller was very sincere in helping me resolve the problem and the phone was in the exact condition as stated.
