Cons; First, I offered a fair price on the listing page, no response so i ended up buying it because i really need it. Second, seller marked it "New", it is new but per Swappa "New" has to be factory sealed which is not for this listing. On the post, bottom seal is cover by a piece of paper which i didn't spot right away. Bottom seal is cut off making it accessible for anyone to check the phone and seller failed to mention it. Made a return/refund (which I hated the most because of how inconvenient it could be and supposedly a gift but didn't went on time due to this issue). Lastly, this is where it gets more crazy and confusing which is the Refund. Received partial refund but needed to wait exactly a week for the remaining.
I would rate the seller 5/10 (10 being excellent) and overall experience is quite bad. Watch what you buy carefully and ask questions, no response, don't even bother. But i'd like to thank the Seller for taking the time to communicate and put in effort to this!
