As good as new!

The phone was in mint condition as described. There were problems at first, because the phone's reactivation lock had been inadvertently triggered. After a couple of attempts at trying to log in to recover access, the seller and I had to call Samsung. Samsung was not very helpful and canceled the first RMA/RGA without notice. He offered me a chance to reverse the transaction, but I decided to continue on, since he had been so helpful. This seller spent a couple hours over a few different support calls to reopen the ticket and to get this matter resolved. I would definitely work with him again!

Shipped ASAP for me and in GREAT condition, with a few burned in images on the digitizer! Came with a boat load of accessories and everything came back clean! Would definitely buy from again!

The phone was as promised in "mint" condition. The extra battery looks like it's been carried around in a sack of nails. Nevertheless, I'm pleased with the phone.
