When the first package arrived, I obtained the phone's box, a charging unit, the AKG headphones, the USB connectors, and the extras (a Samsung wireless charger and a phone case which I have since replaced). I was disappointed to not receive my phone that day but I saw that another package was en route, so I was not worried!
When the second package arrived, it arrived via USPS with signature verification. Inside the packaging envelope, inside a slender box came another charger cable (this one works for fast charging, the one that came in the first package does not) and the S8+! Welp, the screen was incredibly dirty and the back of the device had some gunk on it. Aw man… Honestly, nothing some water and elbow grease didn't take care of, except for the gunk on the backside, which needed a bit more lovin'. The phone booted right up. Works great, can’t update to Oreo quite yet but that is certainly no fault of seller.

Seller promptly shipped device. Minor issue with cover was quickly resolved by replacement cover sent by seller. Would use again.

Seller did not ship the phone on time or in a timely fashion. Seller only realized phone was sold a day after a Paypal dispute was opened, three days after the phone was sold. Even then, communication was lacking. The name on Swappa and Paypal didn't match, so I didn't know who I was addressing.

The phone was purchased Sunday, May 31, and was not shipped within the required 2 days by Swappa. The phone was shipped on Friday, June 3rd and arrived over a week after purchase, Monday June 6th.

But, apart from "shipping within 1 business day" phone itself was as described and shipping was quick after tracking information was added (on Friday). The case included was for the wrong phone, but seller offered a replacement.

If seller would have shipped on time or communicated through Swappa, this would have been a 5 star review. Apparently the emails went to his spam folder, so I believe he'll be more on time in the future. Hopefully this review won't dissuade future purchasers.
