Item came as described with fast shipping.
The box containing the phone should have been taped up better. It was falling apart by the time it arrived. The phone was OK, though.
The phone arrived in working condition. I am not sure about how shipping is handled on Swappa, but I did not appreciate being surprised with the shipping bill before I was able to physically pick up my package from my local USPS station.
