I received the watch and it worked as intended. When you said there were scratches on the bottom you really meant it. Even though they were more like cracks. Hopefully this doesn't get worse in the future. However it doesn't affect the functionality or looks and besides that there are little scratches everywhere else. On another note that metal watch band is crazy hard to adjust and even a specialty jewelery store had a hard time. (Or should I say having a hard time because I have to pick it up tomorrow.) Overall there was good communication and it was packaged well. I'm leaving four stars because the scratches are more like cracks. Overall I'm happy though and thank you for the great communication!
