There was a problem with the phone but seller was honest and issued refund with no problems. Also seller paid for return shipping . Seller RECOMMENDED...

Phone works great. Only issue I had was the phone was ordered on a Saturday but didn't ship until Wednesday afternoon. I tried contacting the seller on Tuesday but received no response. I should not have had to pester Swappa to get my product shipped out nor should it not have taken nearly a week to ship from New Jersey to Ohio (product was received on Friday). Overall the phone is great and meets every expectation but they need to improve how quickly they ship out product.
