Item was shipped on Monday, July 1 by seller with a delivery date of Friday July 5 due to the holiday. Phone didn't arrive until Monday when I was out of town due to USPS delays. I picked it up on Wednesday July 10. Phone is as described.

I hate to leave a negative review, but this seller wasted my time sending me a device that was blacklisted and marked as a fraudulent device that I couldn't activate on Verizon. Instead of owning up to it, the seller argued back that the device was indeed clean and non-fraudulent, no issues, etc... If there weren't any issues we wouldn't have been in the situation we were in. I had to go back and forth with her, I returned the phone back to her, and after some time received a refund! (Thanks to Swappa return policy, and buyer protections) Very unprofessional, never even apologize for wasting a week+ of my time after knowingly sending me a phone that I believe she knows she didn't pay off! Be wary on here, and try and get an Imei if you can from the seller to validate that the phone being sold can be activated!

There was an issue with the phone unbeknownst to the seller, they were very quick to rectify and I would recommend them for future purchases.
