I will first start off by saying the item in question was as described and in mint condition from a device perspective the seller was great. However, the shipping took entirely too long (6 days past from the purchase day) and seller never provided tracking information until I had to bring up that on the 12th day since purchase I still had no product. Unsure of why there was issues with shipping but it needs to be documented.
