I received the phone just today. Item's description was accurate however, there was physical damage that wasn't specified. On the upper right part of the phone's body, there is a crack on the plastic housing. I don't mind this as this will only be my spare phone but I hope that next time these damages are specified on the listing.

Phone is in great shape. The extra battery was a huge plus!

Seller took 5 days to ship phone even though he emailed after two days saying he had shipped it. Did not send a tracking number until day 6. Phone arrived much more scratched up than indicated on listing plus missing the charging cord which was to be included per the listing. Virtually no communication from seller when messaging him about the charging cord. Several days later, he finally responded when I got Swappa involved saying he would overnight the charger and also a new OtterBox for the inconvenience. Guess what... nothing came over night or any night for that matter! I finally had to file a dispute with PayPal to get a partial refund for the charger. To his credit, seller did give me a partial refund but I was without a usable for 3 weeks! Not acceptable for someone who has sold quite a few phones on Swappa!

Hi. I received the device. No issues at all with it functioning. Only thing I noticed was that the body of the phone around the sim card slot, has physical marks, probably due to attempts to pry the sim card tray out...So from that angle it is not a Mint device, however the marks hard to see unless you look from the back side or side of the phone. I am not too concerned about it so will let that go...
