The phone was as described or perhaps e en better than "good." However, I ordered the phone on 2/15 and it didn't arrive until 2/27. Seller said they had forgotten about it because it had been listed for awhile which is understandable enough but then still took 3 days to put it in the mail. If you're in a hurry you may want to consider a different seller, though it seems most people didn't have this issue. As long as I wasn't worried about a quick turnaround I'd happily buy from this seller again.

The phone was shipped in a timely manner and appeared in good condition. However, the phone was not charging correctly. The seller worked with us and repaired the phone (at no cost to us) and finally delivered the phone in good condition. The seller was slow to respond to initial messages, but did start to respond in a more timely manner by the end of the transaction. Thanks!

BUYER BEWARE. Samsung Galaxy S5 was purchased as "mint". Buyer failed to respond and ship phone in a timely manner. Once phone finally shipped, the phone failed within a month (screen fails to turn on and/or power button ceases to function). Screen sits unevenly and I suspect has been replaced improperly causing the issues. I have attempted to take the issue up with seller who at first was willing to work with me but has since stopped communications.
