The phone arrived very quickly and was in great condition.

The phone came with all the components described and pictured, and appears to be in the quality suggested by the posting. The phone seems to be in full working order and activated to verizon without a problem with the phone ID or anything.
The only thing is there was a small piece of the otterbox case in the top right corner that was broken off, but it doesn't cause a problem and the case works just fine.
