Seller shipped promptly and provided clear communication. The device, Galaxy Note 5 was listed under Mint (brand new), but clearly showed marks of wear. The device was in good, completely usable, condition. Seller did not feel the need to provide a fair make-good in exchange.

I would purchase from this seller again - recommend asking for detailed photos.

Phone was as described. In mint condition. Even had the original Android 4.4.4 OS on it. Didn't look used at all. Finally got my SIM card, connected/activated the phone with no problem.
