I’m returning this phone because it was not unlocked and the seller is unable to get that accomplished. Seller ghosted me for a week after I received the phone and then was trying to help get it unlocked, but after another week elapsed she ended up putting it on me to unlock the phone. She has issued a refund quickly and is willing to pay for the return shipping fees, which is nice of her. Lesson learned: buy from a certified reseller on here that knows how things work.
