Once you find a listing you want to buy, click the ‘Buy Now’ button and fill out your shipping information before completing your payment.
Upon payment, a private sale page is created for you and the seller. You can view the sale and payment details, track your shipment, and communicate with the seller on the private sale page.

Original boxes are required for New condition sneaker listings
A box is not required for Used condition listings.
Deadstock sneakers on Swappa are new, unworn sneakers in the original box with the box lid and label intact. Additional accessories like alternate laces or other items included in the original box may or may not be included.
Swappa allows both Deadstock (new in original box) and used (with or without box) sneakers on our marketplace.
If you receive a pair of sneakers that aren’t what you expected, the first step is reaching out to the seller by leaving them a comment on the private sale page. You can find a link to the private sale page on the My Purchases page.
The sale page comment section is where you can discuss the sale with the seller and resolve any issues.
