Watch your bills closely cause Verizon has a habit of adding on features you never requested in order to charge you more money. And they have a nasty habit of telling you they've changed things for you when they didn't do anything plus they're very reluctant on reversing any extra charges you may have incurred do to the extra features they put on your bill. I will never do business with Verizon again.

There is no customer service. They constantly change my bill. As in, every couple of days I receive an email that my trade has been removed or added or deleted or added it just gets old. I have retained an attorney in my area due to the hassle and them not allowing me out of my contract

The city here has blocked the service because a lot of people work for Hershey, so I have one bar normally, but the sim card would not work for a Samsung Galaxy 8

I have an old plan that gives me enough data and speed to do all i need. It is irrevocable so i just keep purchasing my phone upgrades independently.
In my area they provide better coverage than ATT.. my previous carrier.

I move over from Sprint then t-moble then I went straight talk for a while. Now I'm on Verizon and I'm happy. I have the bring your own device plan and it's good. I'll stick with them as long as the coverage is what I need and service is great so far.

Verizon has it in the bag when it comes to coverage and it definitely is nice having unlimited data. The upgrading is a good feature for those who enjoy having a new phone. However, if you're fine with a used phone or a refurbished one, it's just not worth it. I pay $150 a month to pay off a $1000 over two years. That's insane and most of the charges go to just the plan. I don't use enough of its features to be on board with it totally.
