They also offer great coverage options with Sprint, TMobile, and now Verizon.

Our bill for 4 phones with 2 teenagers carries from $50-$100 a month, depending on our usage. Don't call much, but text a ton? No problem! Great customer service, and you can bring your own device. They have access to both GSM and CDMA networks, so when we are traveling, usually one of our phones has service.

Ting has been a perfect fit for out level of use (2 phones) for about 5 years now. Our bills run about $32 to $36 per month, better than most plans I see advertised. We are not big data users. Tech support has been solid. There have been a couple of areas in the country where we travel, that the signal coverage is marginal (on the Sprint network). A new phone will be GSM so hopefully that will improve the coverage.

Ting is a fantastic carrier for our 3-phone family. The "pay as you use" feature is great. Their customer service (friendly, accessible and helpful) is hands down their biggest feature. At one time I would have said coverage is a weak point, but as they continue to add national carriers, that is no longer an issue. Ting is good and keeps getting better!

I keep these phones as emergency devices, I generally don’t pay more than seven bucks a month for two lines- that’s without using any of the services. If I use the services, it’s less than $20 per month for each phone

I have 2 phones on my plan. There are some gaps in coverage in rural areas but I live in a city.

Personalized and responsive high-quality support from real techies, not script kiddies.Very reasonable pricing; $35/mo. is the total for two phones. Coverage not fantastic in central Virginia, but looking forward to the addition of Verizon coverage in the coming months because Verizon coverage is better than either Sprint or T-Mobile where we live. Ting CEO is a fine human being, a real "mensch."

Customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with. These people really do care about you as a customer. Service is great and will be better once they add Verizon. I can’t say enough great things about Ting.
