I switched to them from net10 to go overseas to South Korea. I live in an area where they don't have the best coverage in the USA because their roaming doesn't switch to US cellular is often as it should if at all in my area. In Korea the service is AMAZING, probably due to Korea just having a better service network. The pricing is pretty good for what it is especially if you use a lot of data you'll only get charged 80 bucks. You can potentially pay very low as well. For me in my area just wasn't the best coverage which is typical for pretty much every provider in my area except for US Cellular or Verizon full coverage which the cost on those is honestly not an option. I would recommend if you're traveling or if you stick to more populated areas and want to pay exactly what you use and the customer service is awesome because it's Google!

Had it for a few months, but then switched. In places T-Mo is weak, the service is absolutely crippled. Customer support is of NO help. I switched to AT&T prepaid and have been happy since then.

Been using Fi for 9 months and am very happy with it. Have used it in Costa Rica and had great coverage while there. If you purchase a phone thru Fi you can get some great discounts if you time it right.

I tried it for my business line, it was a disaster, I went back to Verizon within a few months. I just want to use my phone, not have outages and spend hours with tech support when the service gets a glitch. Besides I was putting my business on the line.

I liked Project Fi when I was using it with my og Google Pixel XL. You really want to have one of their fully supported phones for the best experience though which is a very limiting selection. It seems like the latest Pixel devices have been focusing too much on the camera quality (I don't need a camera that good.) and are lacking in other areas so I stopped using them and upgraded to a Samsung S10e about three months ago.

I'm now using Verizon which has better speeds, similar prices but slightly less coverage due to Project fi supporting US Cellular towers which cover several rural areas no one else does in Iowa. Can't beat Project Fi's coverage in Iowa if you have a supported phone.

Love Fi!

My wife and I are lower end data users. Due to this, Fi works perfect for us. We pay for what we need, not for what we may use. The bill protection is also great (bill has a cap after so many gigs, and it will not charge you past that point)

Service is good, the carrier switching from Tmobile, Sprint, and US cell is really great when traveling. (only works on Google devices, other devices and data only sims use tmobile towers)

We have two phone lines and 2 data only sims. The data only sims are free to have and only charge when you use data.

Phone lines:
My phone
Wife's Phone

Data sims:
Work phone
Hotspot

Bill pricing can vary depending on use, but it leads to some lower bills that other carries cant compete with, for sure when I have 4 devices on the plan.

Can find this years cost laid out below. More expensive months mean more data.

Nov: $103
Oct: $115
Sept: $84
Aug: $104
Jul: $77
Jun: $127
May: $86
Apr: $97
Mar: $93
Feb: $89
Jan: $97
