Consumer Cellular markets to seniors but has low prices for anyone with modest usage requirements. We pay about $44 for two phones with 3GB data and 250 phone minutes combined usage. There are other plans for heavier users. They use the AT&T network. I found it easy to move my SWAPPA purchased phones to their plan. No issues over two years of service. I was previously paying AT&T $70+ for one phone.
