Hey there William,
I understand the confusion, I went back and forth with Swappa during the listing process. Their new policy is that a device can only be listed as unlocked under their carrier category if it was purchased straight from the manufacture.
This device was purchased from T-Mobile, but has since then been unlocked to use on any global carrier.
