Hello, I am interested in this phone. I have a Mint Mobile plan with an eSIM on my current iPhone. Does this phone require getting a new Mint plan, or can I use my current one?

Thank you for your interest. I cancelled the contract on this phone some time ago, so I don't the eSIM I had is still valid. I imagine, Mint could swap your current plan and eSIM to this phone if I understand how their system works. And if they required you to get a new eSIM I believe you could transfer over your information and keep your current phone number. I'm not 100% positive, just going off of previous conversations with them.
I tried contacting them today about your question but I couldn't get a real agent in their chat queue, just a chat bot.
