When was this purchased and is it still within the 1yr manufacture warranty? When purchased will that original receipt be provided? Also what is the exact model number shown below the laptop?
Purchased June 2025 from B&h so should be in warranty. I can print out a copy from B&h if you need it.
I upgraded the ram to the best 64gb kit available at the time so not sure if that affects warranty.
