2. Yes it spins quietly
3. All ports work correctly
4. Controller is 100% functional
5. The most noticeable/largest cosmetic imperfection is seen in the photo to the right of the disc drive. Just minor dings/scratches from normal use.
6. The console comes with the original power cord. No additional HDMI or USBC cables will be included.
