Our products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects. However, please note that any damage caused by the user is not covered by this warranty. Nevertheless, we offer repair or replacement services at a discounted rate for user-caused damage.
-Signature Requirement:
All purchases require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your item.
Shipping Address:
We will exclusively ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. Kindly keep this in mind when making your purchase. Please be aware that in the event of an order cancellation, a 4% PayPal fee is non-refundable.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective items or cases of buyer's remorse.

ESN Verification
We guarantee that the ESN (Electronic Serial Number) is clean and ready to activate. Please note that no SIM card is included.
Display Information:
Unless otherwise stated in the description, all phones come with an OEM Apple display. Listings specifying a brand new front screen may contain an LCD aftermarket display unless stated otherwise.
Repair Notifications
If a repair has been performed on the device, it will notify you in the settings. For example, it may display a message such as "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine display."
Battery Health
If the device has a new battery, the battery health percentage may not display in settings. We will include the remaining battery health percentage in the listing, which will always be 80% or better.

We will ship all orders the same day if order comes in before 1 PM All orders after 1:00PM will go out the next business day. We can ONLY ship to the address on your paypal account. Please note all packages will require a signature to be delivered.

The name and address on your order must match the name and address on your verified payment method. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and a refund.

Please be aware that for canceled or returned items that are not defective, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Additionally, we are unable to refund the PayPal fee, as PayPal does not reimburse this fee for canceled sales.
