Device is adult owned and comes from a smoke free home. No issues with the device it works great. Hinge is working normally. Front screen looks brand new. Normal wear and tear on the hinge, I've included photos of the device. I listed as fair but the only things I see are the small marks on the hinge. The rest of the phone looks pretty much new.
