If this is a new phone how does it only have 7 months of warranty coverage left on it?

@Rondomondo, the phone is new and factory sealed. I acquired the phone for resale.

About 7 months warranty question, my guess - the phone might have sold on that date ( 08/08/2025), then the customer might have returned. But Google probably kept the sale date as warranty start date.

To register the phone under your name, you would just add the phone IMEI into your Google account, then the phone should show up with warranty until 08/08/2026
