Mikes, the pictures provided are about as good as I could get. The scratches are fine and light so they don't really show up in photos. The pictures of the sides give a pretty good indication, if you look closely you can see some of the scuffs and light scratches. No issues with the device and no repairs or parts replaced.

If PayPal is denying a payment, it is usually an issue with the buyer's PayPal account, sometimes related to not having a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside
Less commonly, the issue may be with the seller's PayPal account being limited. Both parties should contact PayPal support (preferably by phone) to confirm their accounts are ready to send and receive payments.
