This device has never had a payment plan or financed through a carrier. I do not believe it can be locked to a specific carrier.

1. You're 60 days from purchase
2. Your device is not flagged for fraud, or reported as lost or stolen
Even if Verizon did lock this phone when purchased, it is long past the 60 day policy they state on their site.
