I would like to know if the phone is unlocked
Does it have a valid AT&T IMEI number?

1) This phone is NOT unlocked. It's locked to the AT&T service. I have stated all the details in the listing description. If you have difficulty finding/reading the listing description, please let me know so I can report the issue to Swappa. It's very important for every buyer who's interested in this item to read the listing description first to fully understand what kind of phone they are buying.
2) Yes, all the phones I sell have valid IMEI numbers, including this AT&T phone. For security reasons and per Swappa's policy, the IMEI of any phone will not be shared with any buyer until an order is placed.
