Yes phone was purchased from Samsung.com. Only way to receive the Jet Black variation. It's an online exclusive color.
I've been trying to buy this phone from here for the last 48 hours, but when selecting payment it says this listing is in "buy lock" for both PayPal and Venmo. What gives?

Buyer mentions they've been attempting to purchase for 48 hrs now. Far longer than the 10 minutes it mentions "buy lock" with the previous link. Is this issue resolved?
If PayPal is denying a payment, it is usually an issue with the buyer's PayPal account, sometimes related to not having a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside
Less commonly, the issue may be with the seller's PayPal account being limited. Both parties should contact PayPal support (preferably by phone) to confirm their accounts are ready to send and receive payments.
