Apple Watches are never locked. As for shipping I can only ship to the address that Swappa provides me with.

AT&T explicitly states that Apple Watches are always unlocked and do not require an unlock request, unlike some phones or other devices. This applies to both consumer and business wireless plans, allowing use with compatible carriers supporting Apple Watch cellular service.

I will use it in Ecuador, another country, you can send it to a carrier in Tennessee, it is the same as sending to any address within the United States, only because of the swappa rules, I need to know if you agree

I'm not sure if you checked or not, but Ecuador has been removed from the list of countries where cellular US-market Apple Watches reliably work. Also, I would be comfortable shipping through Swappa-approved forwarders, but not through some other third party.

Are there scratches on the screen or are those just reflections from the light?

There are small scratches, as mentioned in the
description,but they are not visible when the screen is on.
